Privacy Policy
NetScope is a network diagnostics toolkit for iOS and Android — network health check, Ping, Speed Test, Port Scan, DNS Lookup and Network Info. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain terms, what data the app does and does not handle. The short version: NetScope collects nothing.
1. Introduction
This policy applies to the NetScope mobile application for Android and iOS ("the app", "NetScope"). It describes how the app treats your information. By using NetScope you acknowledge the practices described here.
2. We do not collect any data
NetScope does not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal information or usage data.
There is no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, and no tracking of any kind. On iOS, NSPrivacyTracking is set to false. We do not build profiles, we do not measure your behavior, and there is no telemetry of any sort.
Because we collect nothing, there is no personal data for us to lose, leak, or hand over. There is no account to create and no sign-in.
3. All data stays on your device
- Your diagnostic results, the local test history ("Test Log"), and your settings are stored only on your device (a local database / App Group container).
- We do not operate any server. There is no cloud account and no cloud sync.
- Diagnostics run over your device's own network connection. We never see, route, log, or have access to your traffic or browsing activity.
4. Network access
The app accesses the network solely to:
- Run the diagnostic tools — for example, Ping, Speed Test, Port Scan and DNS Lookup connect directly from your device to the hosts, endpoints or domains you choose to test. These requests never pass through any server operated by us.
- Support an optional Advanced networking feature (off by default): if you turn it on, the app can route your own traffic to a server you configure, using the system VPN API (NetworkExtension / VpnService). Traffic is processed on your device and sent directly to that server.
No data from these operations is sent to us or to any third party under our control.
5. Permissions
- Local network access: used by the diagnostic tools to reach the hosts and endpoints you test.
- VPN configuration (NetworkExtension / VpnService): used only for the optional Advanced networking feature, and only while you have it enabled. It is not used by the diagnostic tools.
6. Third parties
The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking libraries. Its networking is handled by open-source components running entirely on your device. We have no servers and no third-party data processors, because no data is collected in the first place.
7. Children
The app is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone, regardless of age.
8. Changes to this policy
Any future change to this policy will be reflected on this page with an updated date above. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

- 你的检测结果、本地检测记录（「检测手账」）与设置仅保存在你的设备本地（本地数据库 / App Group 容器）。
- 我们不运营任何服务器，没有云端账户，也没有云端同步。
- 各项检测通过你设备自身的网络连接进行。我们无法看到、路由、记录或访问你的任何流量与浏览行为。

本应用访问网络仅用于：
- 运行诊断工具——例如 Ping、测速、端口扫描与 DNS 查询，由你的设备直接连接到你选择检测的主机、端点或域名。这些请求绝不经过任何由我们运营的服务器。
- 支持一个可选的高级网络功能（默认关闭）：若你开启它，本应用可通过系统 VPN 接口（NetworkExtension / VpnService）把你自己的流量转发到你自己配置的服务器。流量在你的设备上处理并直接发往该服务器。
上述操作不会向我们或任何受我们控制的第三方发送数据。
5. 权限
- 本地网络访问：供诊断工具连接到你检测的主机与端点。
- VPN 配置（NetworkExtension / VpnService）：仅用于可选的高级网络功能，且仅在你开启它时使用；诊断工具本身不使用该权限。
6. 第三方
本应用不含任何第三方统计、广告或追踪库。其网络功能由开源组件在你的设备本地完成。我们没有服务器，也没有任何第三方数据处理方——因为根本不收集任何数据。
7. 儿童
本应用不面向儿童，且不向任何人收集数据，无论其年龄如何。
