1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the NetScope application for Android and iOS ("the app", "NetScope"). By downloading, installing, or using NetScope, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of the service
NetScope is a network diagnostics toolkit for Android and iOS. It provides on-device tools — network health check, Ping, Speed Test, Port Scan, DNS Lookup and Network Info — that run over your device's own network connection. It also includes an optional Advanced networking feature that, when you enable it, can route your own traffic to a server you configure via the system VPN API. The app operates no server and provides no hosted connectivity of its own.
3. Legal and personal use
NetScope is intended solely for lawful, personal use.
NetScope does not sell or bundle any hosted service or connectivity, and provides no server of its own. It is purely an on-device set of tools.
You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. You agree to use NetScope only for legitimate, personal purposes and technical learning, and not for any unlawful activity.
4. Open-source notice
NetScope incorporates open-source components, including networking components licensed under permissive licenses such as Apache-2.0, that run entirely on your device. Full attributions and license texts are provided within the app. We gratefully acknowledge the maintainers of these projects. NetScope is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.
5. Your responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for how you use the diagnostic tools, including the hosts, endpoints and domains you choose to test, and for ensuring you are entitled to test them.
- You bear full responsibility for the consequences of your use, including any data charges or service interruptions.
- You are responsible for keeping your device and your local data secure.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
NetScope is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, or that any diagnostic result is accurate or complete. Your use of the app is for informational purposes only.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GCDM Limited and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, NetScope. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
8. Intellectual property
The NetScope name, branding, user interface, and original code (excluding the third-party open-source components it incorporates) are the property of GCDM Limited. Third-party open-source components remain the property of their respective authors and are used under their applicable licenses. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks.
9. Changes and termination of the service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date above. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes relating to these Terms or to the app shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taichung District Court as the court of first instance.

NetScope 是一款面向 Android 与 iOS 的网络诊断工具箱。它提供在设备本地运行的工具——网络体检、Ping、测速、端口扫描、DNS 查询与网络信息，均通过你设备自身的网络连接进行。它另含一个可选的高级网络功能：在你开启时，可通过系统 VPN 接口把你自己的流量转发到你自己配置的服务器。本应用不运营任何服务器，也不提供任何自有连接服务。
3. 合法与自用
NetScope 仅供合法的个人自用。
NetScope 不出售、不内置任何托管服务或连接能力，也没有任何自有服务器。它纯粹是一套在设备本地运行的工具。
你须遵守你所在地适用的全部法律与法规。你同意仅将 NetScope 用于正当的个人用途与技术学习，不用于任何违法活动。
4. 开源声明
NetScope 集成了开源组件，其中包含采用 Apache-2.0 等宽松许可证、并在你的设备本地运行的网络组件。完整的归属与许可证文本在应用内提供。我们衷心感谢这些项目的维护者。NetScope 是独立产品，与其中任何一方均无隶属、背书或赞助关系。
5. 用户责任
- 你须自行负责如何使用这些诊断工具，包括你所选择检测的主机、端点与域名，并确保你有权对其进行检测。
- 你须自行承担使用所产生的后果，包括任何流量费用或服务中断。
- 你须自行负责保护你的设备与本地数据的安全。
6. 免责声明
NetScope 按「现状」与「现有可用」基础提供，不附带任何明示或默示的保证。我们不保证本应用不会中断、不出错或始终可用，也不保证任何检测结果准确或完整。你对本应用的使用仅供参考。
7. 责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，GCDM Limited 及其运营方不对因你使用或无法使用 NetScope 而引起或与之相关的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，或任何数据损失承担责任。你使用本应用的风险由你自行承担。
8. 知识产权
NetScope 的名称、品牌标识、用户界面以及原创代码（不含其所集成的第三方开源组件）归 GCDM Limited 所有。第三方开源组件仍归其各自作者所有，并依其适用许可证使用。本条款不授予你任何对我们商标的权利。
9. 服务变更与终止
我们可在任何时候全部或部分地修改、暂停或停止本应用。我们也可能不时更新本条款；变更将在本页面体现并更新上方日期。变更后继续使用本应用即视为接受更新后的条款。
10. 适用法律与争议
本条款受中华民国（台湾）法律管辖。与本条款或本应用相关的争议以台湾台中地方法院为第一审管辖法院。

7. 責任限制
在適用法律允許的最大範圍內，GCDM Limited 及其營運方不對因您使用或無法使用 NetScope 而引起或與之相關的任何間接、附帶、特殊、後果性或懲罰性損害，或任何資料損失承擔責任。您使用本應用程式的風險由您自行承擔。
8. 智慧財產權
NetScope 的名稱、品牌標識、使用者介面以及原創程式碼（不含其所整合的第三方開源元件）歸 GCDM Limited 所有。第三方開源元件仍歸其各自作者所有，並依其適用授權條款使用。本條款不授予您任何對我們商標的權利。
9. 服務變更與終止
我們可在任何時候全部或部分地修改、暫停或停止本應用程式。我們也可能不定時更新本條款；變更將在本頁面呈現並更新上方日期。變更後繼續使用本應用程式即視為接受更新後的條款。
10. 適用法律與爭議
