1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Conduit application for Android and iOS ("the app", "Conduit"). By downloading, installing, or using Conduit, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of the service
Conduit is a cross-platform proxy configuration client built on the open-source sing-box core. It is a tool for managing configurations — subscriptions, nodes, routing rules, and settings — and for starting and stopping the sing-box core on your device. Conduit itself does not provide network connectivity beyond what you configure.
3. Legal and personal use
Conduit is intended solely for lawful, personal use.
Conduit does not sell, and does not bundle, any proxy nodes. It does not provide any node or subscription service. It is purely a tool to manage configurations that you already own.
You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. You agree to use Conduit only for legitimate, personal purposes and technical learning, and not for any unlawful activity.
4. Open-source notice
Conduit's networking is handled by sing-box, a mature open-source core licensed under Apache-2.0. We build a configuration and management experience on top of that core. We gratefully acknowledge the sing-box project and its contributors. Conduit is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the sing-box project.
5. Your responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for managing your own subscriptions and nodes, including obtaining them from sources you trust and are entitled to use.
- You bear full responsibility for the consequences of your use, including any data charges, service interruptions, or outcomes arising from the configurations you import.
- You are responsible for keeping your device and your configuration data secure.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
Conduit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We make no warranty as to the availability, performance, or legality of the outcomes of any third-party node or subscription you choose to use, and we are not responsible for the content of any third-party subscription.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GCDM Limited and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, Conduit. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
8. Intellectual property
The Conduit name, branding, user interface, and original code (excluding the third-party open-source components it incorporates) are the property of GCDM Limited. The sing-box core remains the property of its respective authors and is used under the Apache-2.0 license. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks.
9. Changes and termination of the service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date above. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes relating to these Terms or to the app shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taichung District Court as the court of first instance.

Conduit 是一款基于开源 sing-box 内核的跨平台代理配置客户端。它是用于管理配置（订阅、节点、分流规则与设置）以及在你的设备上启停 sing-box 内核的工具。除你自行配置的部分外，Conduit 本身不提供任何网络连接能力。
3. 合法与自用
Conduit 仅供合法的个人自用。
Conduit 不出售、不内置任何代理节点，也不提供任何节点或订阅服务。它纯粹是一款用于管理你已自行拥有之配置的工具。
你须遵守你所在地适用的全部法律与法规。你同意仅将 Conduit 用于正当的个人用途与技术学习，不用于任何违法活动。
4. 开源声明
Conduit 的网络功能由 sing-box 这一成熟的开源内核处理，该内核采用 Apache-2.0 许可证。我们在该内核之上构建配置与管理体验。我们衷心感谢 sing-box 项目及其贡献者。Conduit 是独立产品，与 sing-box 项目无隶属、背书或赞助关系。
5. 用户责任
- 你须自行负责管理自己的订阅与节点，包括从你信任且有权使用的来源获取它们。
- 你须自行承担使用所产生的后果，包括任何流量费用、服务中断，或因你所导入配置而产生的结果。
- 你须自行负责保护你的设备与配置数据的安全。
6. 免责声明
Conduit 按「现状」与「现有可用」基础提供，不附带任何明示或默示的保证。我们不保证本应用不会中断、不出错或始终可用。对于你所选用的任何第三方节点或订阅，其可用性、性能或使用结果的合法性，我们不作任何保证，且不对任何第三方订阅的内容负责。
7. 责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，GCDM Limited 及其运营方不对因你使用或无法使用 Conduit 而引起或与之相关的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，或任何数据损失承担责任。你使用本应用的风险由你自行承担。
8. 知识产权
Conduit 的名称、品牌标识、用户界面以及原创代码（不含其所集成的第三方开源组件）归 GCDM Limited 所有。sing-box 内核仍归其各自作者所有，并依 Apache-2.0 许可证使用。本条款不授予你任何对我们商标的权利。
9. 服务变更与终止
我们可在任何时候全部或部分地修改、暂停或停止本应用。我们也可能不时更新本条款；变更将在本页面体现并更新上方日期。变更后继续使用本应用即视为接受更新后的条款。
10. 适用法律与争议
本条款受中华民国（台湾）法律管辖。与本条款或本应用相关的争议以台湾台中地方法院为第一审管辖法院。

Conduit 的名稱、品牌標識、使用者介面以及原創程式碼（不含其所整合的第三方開源元件）歸 GCDM Limited 所有。sing-box 核心仍歸其各自作者所有，並依 Apache-2.0 授權條款使用。本條款不授予您任何對我們商標的權利。
